Pizza

Well, 34 may not exactly be the age when one tries their hand at Pizza’s but well (again) I did… and am quite kicked for starters.

So you take a little less that a third of Raghu’s Pizza sauce. Add pinches of chaat masala and tandoori masala powder to it. Look at it and smile. Do a quick mix and spread it on your pizza bread (Yes, your very own readymade Pizza bread {can you imagine!!!}) 🙂

Now take one thin slice of red and yellow bell pepper and length-wise thinly slice them. Now take one mushroom and yes length-wise slice it in half and yet again go thinly – slice,slice,slice. About 3 olives and 1 jalapeno and go chop, chop, chop with them. Put them all together in a small bowl and go ‘smile’.

Now on the sauced pizza bread 🙂 grate cheese (a combination of Mozzarella and Cheddar). And if you like (and don’t care a bit about cholestrol)  go ahead and grate some panner (cottage cheese). On top of all this jazz, spread the veggies and chopped oregano/basil. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes with your eyes hooked onto it like it’s nobody’s business.

Then take it out and it’s ready to eat!
