Heat oil. Add mustar seeds and curry leaves. Saute about 1-2 copped onions. Add a teaspoon ginger garlic paste and 3 green chillies. Add 1 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped carrot and add a lil (1/3 cup) water for it too cook. Add salt and garam masala powder (1 teaspoon). Add semiya (11/2 cup). Add water to cook.
