Ok. So here comes another one. This dish turned out quite yummy. And it’s really simple and quick to make.
Coarsely grind 8 red chilies and coriander seeds, after of course having dry roasted it. Heat oil in a kadai, and add cumin seeds, sliced onions. As the onions turn translucent add ginger garlic paste and 2-3 chopped green chilies. Now add in the ground red chilies and coriander seeds. Saute for about 30 seconds. And add in about 2-3 chopped tomatoes. Add the usual salt to taste. Once the tomatoes are cooked toss in the mushrooms and allow them to cook in the masala. Add garam masala powder and then garnish with coriander leaves. Goes well with chappatis.
